News from Charlotte (North Carolina) states that claims of Governor Smith’s supporters that lie is the choice by an overwhelming majority, of the North Carolina Democrats seems to be defeated by figures of two-thirds of counties of the State as present reports indicate there are five delegates against Governor Smith for every lour, supporting him. NEW YORK. May 28. The Communist Party will nominate Mr William Foster for the United States Presidency, and Mr Benjamin Gitlow for Vice-President.
