General Eengtien now lias decided to carry out an onslaught on Fengyuhsiang’s troops, who are advancing between Esnngehow and Ilochien. Tientsin messages state French concession police unearthed a Communist secret society, arresting five Chineso Communists, whom they handed over to the native authorities, who summarily executed them. The documents seized were of nil extreme nature similar to last year’s seizure at the embassy at Peking, planning to overthrow the Northern authorities.
