NEW COACH FOR AUCKLAND. (By Telegraph—Per Press Association.) AUCKLAND, March 12. The question of engaging an English coach for the Auckland Suburban Cricket Association has now been definitely settled. Rowley will cable the name of the man selected as soon as he arrives in England. ■Mr J. F. AY. Dickson (chairman) said Hint the matter of finance had been very carefully considered, and no difficulty was expected in raising the amount required. For some weeks past J. Langridge has been coaching suburban players, and the improvement made is plainly noticeable. Great things are expetced of Langridge as a batsman, and he would lie an ideal coach for the Suburban Association. Should Rowley select Langridge to return to New Zealand the appointment would he popular. Tlie following will represent Greymouth against Hokitika at the Alentnl Hospital grounds on Sunday next:— Baldwin, .Matthews, Jamieson, Thompson, King, Spender, C. Dewar, Casey, .Mclntosh, Knap]), and Barlow.
