ARAHURA FAT STOCK SALE. M. HOUSTON AND CO.’S REPORT. At yesterday’s sale at the above yards our entry consisted of 41 head of fat cattle. There was a smaller attendance of buyers than usual and competition was rather dull, with the result that prices were down considerably oil those ruling at previous sales. Good ox beef realised from 32s to 35s per hundred, whilst cow and heifer beef sold from 20s to 2"s per hundred.

We sold a.s follows:—On account of W. A. Jamieson 1 cow and 1 heifer at £7 17s 6d, 2 at £8 2s Cd, 2 at £6 12s 6d, 2 tows at £6 12s 6d, 1 at £7 15s, 2 cows at £6 2s Od, 2 bullocks at £l2. 2 cows at £6, 2bullocks at £l2. 1 cow at £5 7s lid, 2 at £6. 2 bullocks at £l2, 2 at £9 17s 6d. 3 bullocks at £l2. 4 cows at £8 ;on account of W. Wallace 2 bullocks at £lO 12s Od, ■1 at £lO 10s, 4 at £lO 10s.
