Mr Britton representing the Mouse Naval Committee announced in five jjeur building programme providing for thirty additional ten thousand ton cruisers and five aeroplane carriers. A total expenditure of four hundred million dollars will he proposed to Congress during December session. Air Britton contends it is the duty of United States to enlarge the navy within the limits of the Washington Treaty and believes that steps in that direction should betaken immediately. He says the cruiser strength of Britain and .Japan is growing.
