The question of Canada’s potential candidature for one of the non-per-manent seats at Geneva is at last being mooted says the “Daily lelegrapli’s” diplomatic correspondent. It was no sooner mentioned than intensive propaganda was begun hv opponents, fearing an increase of Ilritisli influence. It is being suggested that Canada is not suitable because she would he represented by a delegate, who is not of sufficient eminence, also that neither Canada nor the Dominions generally desire such an honour. It is certain, however, that Canada would (accept, if offered; also that her representatives in no way laclc distinction.
