Ho points out that it is the prop e s duty to provide funds to enable the State ho function, DUBLIN, Sept. 3. A telegram was received at President Cosgrave’s meeting in Cork trom Mr Walsh, tendering his resignation ; s a Minister. It was announced that President Cosgrave wood himselt contest Cork City, with three othci Government candidates.
