Con tray to expectations, there was no full Cabinet meeting today for the discussion of the Geneva negotiations, but tho subject will be considered separately by a Cabinet Committee, and a section of the Imperial Defence Committee. There will bo a full cabinet meeting to-morrow, when Mr AY. C. lli'idgeman and Lord Cecil will lie given thenfinal instructions for dealing with the American objections to tho Ang o Japanese compromise, which is non the basis of discussion.
