LONDON. Jul.n 10. An official statement issued at Oeneva says:— -The Executive has resumed the discussion of cruisers. Britain reserves the right to raise the capital ship question at Geneva, irrespective of the decision on the auxiliary ships. The conference has agreed that destroyer lenders he of l?d0 tons, and destroyers of 1500 tons, with five-inch gttns. and an age-limit of sixteen teats. An agreement has not yet been reached on the destroyers total tonnage.
