THOUGHTS FOR THE TIMES

By A Reform Constituent. - It seems to me that the Government, owing to the socialistic and monopolistic nature of some of its legislation and its almost complete disregard for the rights of the people, is no longer fitted to govern this country, and although it bears the name of “Reform’' it no longer represents Reform ideals, and will consequently not get the vote of a great number of old Reformers at the next election. Wo are badly in need of a new party that will govern the country along sound democratic lines. —Rosehill Elector.
