Diggers’ Sawmill Coy. (Mr Murdoch) v. Ed Gilseinan. claim £27 12s fid and costs L'4 16s. E. C. Toohc.v (Mr Elcock) v. M. Malison. judgment summons £ll 10s fid. Order made for payment forthwith, with Cl Is costs, in default 1 1 days. J. Loci: (Mr Elcock) v. E. Groweott, judgment summons. £25 18s lfid No order made. DISPUTED DEBT.

John McCaffrey (Mr Murdoch) v. P. Taker (Mr Joyce) claim £3l 10s. A judment summons. P. Toker v. J. McCaffrey for £3-1 13s Gd was also dealt with in conjunction. After hearing evidence of plaintiff and defendant his Worship said lie was satisfied that it was a trumped up story on the part of the plaintiff (McCaffrey). He appeared to he very friendly with the family, using the defendant’s ear for joy-rides. There was no question that he was employed to do any work as a motor expert, and any repairs done were done without authority. Plaintiff-would be non-suited, and ordered to pay counsel’s fee £3 3s. On. the judgment summons McCaffrey was ordered to pay the amount at the rate of £o per month, with costs.
