MR TURLEY ELECTED
COBDEN RECOUNT. Tho recount, for the Cobden 1 Election for the Town District seat on the Grey Hospital Board was completed last evening, when the result of it proved to be a reversal of the effect of the first announcement. The first count gave Air W. F. Pullin 181 votes, while the other candidate, Air F. L. Turley, was credited with 179 votes. The recount gave the actual voting as even, with 180 votes for each candidate, so that- one of Air Turley’s votes had evidently been confused with Air Pullin’s votes in the first count. The Returning Officer, Afr Aloore, being called upon to give his casting vote, did so with the result that the final figures were as follows: Afr F. L. Turley 181 Air AV. F. Pullin 180 Mr Turley, therefore, is tho Cobden representative on the Hospital Board for the ensuing two y&ars,
