FIRE AT BLACKBALL
MIXERS’ HALL AX I) LIBRARY BURNT. [by TELEGRAPH —PER PRESS ASSOCIATION. GREYMOUTH, August 23. The Miners’ Hall at Blackball, including the library, two billiard tables and furnishings, was destroyed by fire early yesterday morning. Xothing was saved. There was no water supply. The insurances are £375 on building and furniture, in Xorthern Office and £l4O on the billiard tables in the State office.
