THE INDI AN TEAM. [by telegraph—ter press association.] CHRISTCHURCH, April 27. The Management Committee of tlio No a- Zealand Hockey Association met to-night. Tile sub-committee sot up to make arrangements for the tour ot the Indian Army Hockey team reported that all guarantees had nou‘ come in, amounting to £IOOO, and ot this sum £SOO has been remitted to India. Advice aas received from India that
the date of sailing Mould bring tbe team to Nea- Zealand about a week earlier than a-as originally anticipated. The dates now are: Arrive by Mar am a at Auckland May 11 ; tour finishes July 17; sail from Auckland, July 19. (Note. —A Perth cable records the team’s arrival there.)
