GRKYMOCTfI. January 20. A. claim for £0125 said to he the largest of its kind in a Dominion Court, oneued in the Walden’s Court to-day. Warden Mcldrum presiding. Route and party sued Armstrong and party alleging about January Ist. 102-1. defendants broke ami entered plaintiffs’ coal mine on the State mine reserve near Dunollie and took away large quantities of coal. The mines adjoin and the workings are alleged to he encroaching. Argument is proceeding on the question of the court’s jurisdi ctiou.
