With the last day of the tenth week the Exliibiton has amassed the splendid attendance record of 1,201,100. flit* weekly Saturday night carnival is going bigger than ever. Saturday’s attendance was 35,305. An interested visitor who Iclt the city to-day is \Y. J. Keyes. Secretary International Forestry Deputation, which Inis been investigating the Dominion potential limber resources, and wonderful afforestation work done within the last year or two. Keyes carries away with him pleasant memories of Dunedin 'and the friendly reception and assistance lie met with in the Exhibition City, but one thing be could i.ut understand was why Alorniiigtoii cable tram, which be christened a pit-earl, -should crawl up High Street on the wrong side of the road. He was greatly impressed with the size, attractiveness, and wonderful success ol the Exhibition. It must be seen to lie believed and appreciated. He said every New Zealander should see it at least once. It will give him a new understanding of industry, natural wealth and wonderful resources of the Dominion. The reconstruct ion of Marlborough Court has been put in band. The Court, which has been open to the public view will be walled in and rearranged so as to bring it more up to the level of other provincial courts.
