The Rugby League Council, at a meeting in Afancliester. decided to ask tlie New Zealand League by cable to explain the reason for their additional note to the players’ transfer agreement. The Council decided that, in future, all matters relating to the laws of the game must be dealt with by them. The New Zealanders want permission to exercise their option in respect to the two years’ qualifications.
