WELLINGTON RACESSECOND DAY RESULTS. WELLINGTON, January 22. The Wellington R. C. Summer meeting continued to-day under threatening conditions. The track is fast and there is a very large attendance. Alangaroa High Weight Handicap.— Son-o’-Mine l, Kflbean 2, The Tank 3. All started. Won by half a head. Third two lengths away. Trial Plate:—West-broke and Plain Sailing (dead heat) 1. Cornstalk 3. Won by 2} lengths. Time 1.28. Rain •set in prior to this race. January Welter:- Mnrtulla I, Father O'Elynn 2, Phoenix Park 3. All started. Won by half a head. Time 1.10 3-5.
