THOUCHTS FOR THE TSMES.
liuciimoc.u. Tuaoixu. At tho present time, influential journals in London are urging; people to buy New Zealand butter, and there is no reason why the campaign should not include other products. The movement has an Imperial bearing. At Home it aims at securing preference for the products of British possessions overseas, and here it endeavours to secure preference for British manufacturer,s whenever locally-made goods are not available. The operation of the .scheme is depndent upon the deliberate choice of the individual purchaser. The benefits must be mutual, for anything designed to aid British trade must improve Home markets for T minion products.
