Another bank note scandal has been unearthed, according to tlie newspapers. Tlie chief of the Belgrade defective force, Lnnjiteh. while inquiring in Germany into the forgery of thousand dinar notes, discovered an illicit press at Bielefeld. The local police arrested an alleged counterfeiter. The discovery i.s not connected with the Hungarian affair.
