Chamberlain (Foreign Secretary. have conjointly invited the High Commissioners for India, Canada, Australia. New Zealand, South Africa, the Irish Free State and Newfoundland, to attend the signing of the Taicarno Pact at the Foreign Office on Tuesday. Sir Joseph Cook and Sir Jas Allen explain that they will he merely spectators. not signing, and not committing the Dominions in any way.
