AL Briatul was busy this morning with conformes with a view to forming a Cabinet, hut lie interrupted the liseussions in order to attend a memorial service for Queen Alexandra at the British Embassy Church. PARIS, Nov. 28.

AL Briand’s solution of the financial policy consists of the appointment of a consultative committee comprising eminent financiers, commercial and industrial leaders, and hankers.

The filial composition of the Cabinet is announced. It confirms the portfolios already cabled. It is a coalition ■if the Left and Centro parties, including Socialists. The Radicals get the lion’s share of the portfolios. AT. Paitileve’s innovation in dividing the Ministry of Finance between the Ministry of the Treasury and the Afinistry of the Budget has boon discarded. AI. Loucheur, who is a Radical, will ho sole Afinister of Finance.
