At the Supreme Court, before Mr lust ice Adams, David Swift was admitted to probation for four years on wo charges of breaking and entering, Hid Cecil Claude Austin Bernard, a railway cadet, to probation for three .ears on a charge of theft of a postal ticket. Ivan William Coates, on three charges of breaking, entering and theft, was sentenced to reformative treatment for three years. Charles Henry Augustus Jones, a. Paparua escapee, was sentenced to three months’ imprisonment for the olt'ence, and to six months on eight charges of breaking and entering.
