SYDNEY STRIKE SETTLEMENT SYDNEY. Nov. 27.
A special meeting of the transport group to-day will discuss ways and means of executing the Council’s decision. The strike leaders conferred with the representatives of the overseas steamship owners, and it was agreed that : the men who could he absorbed would return to their ships on Monday. The seamen asked that those wlm coul duot he absorbed be given passages back. The owners agreed to those terms, tint they will have to cable London for ear. firm at ion.
