[Renter Telegrams.] WIRKLKSS OPERATORS STRIKK. LONDON, November 27. The Telegraphists’ Association has issued strike notices to cease all wireless operations aboard British ships. THR RADIO STRIKR. LONDON. Nov. 2d. Owing to the failure of negotiations res|H*cting the ship-owners decision to cut down the wireless operators’ wages by 22s (jil monthly from December Ist., the Operators’ Associations have decreed to strike to-day. I hose arriving at their home ports will lx* instructed to refuse to -ign on again till the dispute is settled. LOCARNO PACT. BERLIN. Nov. 2*5. The Reichstag by 5171 to 17>P read a second time the Locarno Bill embodying the acceptance of the Security pact, the arbitration treaties, and Germany’s entry to the League of Nations, after rejecting an amendment by 243 to 1 GO. The minority consisted of the Gorman Nationals, the Communists, the Extreme Nationals, and some members of the Economic Party. THE NIAGARA. SUVA. November 27.
