IRISH AFFAIR?
I Australia & N.Z. Cable Association. _ ULSTER AfOBIUSING. LONDON, November 2(5. Reports from Derrv City state that Ulster "specials” armed with machine guns, have taken up positions on the border.
It is believed that this action is related to an Ulster expectation that Donegal county is to be banded over to Northern Ireland. Other Ulster “specials” have erected sandbag barricades near Cindy. After interviewing Air Raldwin, President Cosgrave and Sir J. Craig announced that they bad no statement to make. President Cosgrave has returned to Dublin.
The “ Daily Telegraph ” says it gathers that no concrete results attended the Irish conversation, but it is hoped that a. frank talk will prove fruitful. LONDON CON FKR KN(’ES. LONDON, November 2(h To-day President Cosgrove and Sir James Craig separately bad lengthy conferences with Mr Baldwin at Downing Street. Mr Baldwin conferred with both together this afternoon.
