[Australia & N.Z. Cable Association.. IRISH BOUNDARY QUESTION. (Received this day at 8 a.m.) LONDON, Nov. 20. It is understi#>d the proposal is revived whereby an agreement on the Irish boundary is probable if the Bri-ti.-di Government will relieve the Free State of its Treaty obligations, respecting national debt payments. Sir .James Craig and President Cosgrave arc meeting Judge Feetham and Mr Fisher and Cabinet members today. LONDON. Nov. 20. The Free State Cabinet met and considered the second statement- by Judge Feetham and Mr Fisher (Ulster members of tbe Boundary Commission), in regard to the resignation of Professor MacNcill from the Boundary Commission. after which, it is understood, the r Cabinet reached certain decisions which did not include a Government reply, but it is expected that the Cabinet s attitude will be represented to the proper quarters immediately. LONDON, Nov. 26. President Cosgrove has left Dublin for London in connection with the Boundary , risis.
