LONDON, Nov. 20. In tbe House of Commons, Mr MeQni.ston. supported by Mr Fairfax, re- a introduced his “Bill for restoring to the* .M**int>ers of Trade* Unions their Industrial and Political Freedom.” The chief provision is that, within six months of the Bill passing, all moneys collected under the Trade Union Act, 191.fi. shall be paid over to tbe benefit funds of tbe subscribing trade unions.
