It is reported at Mukden that Geld oral Kuosiiiig Ling, stationed at Luan■how, has revolted against Chang Tso Ling, and that General Chang Tsch -Jang was sent from Shankaikuan to suppress him. hut Kousting Ling’s troops are reported to have defeated him. General Kiuisung Ling is now stated to he advancing on Mukden at the head of lour divisions. REKIN. November 20. From a mass of rumours there seems no doubt that a serious revolt has broken out among fhe Mukden troops who are lighting each other at Laun•how. Chiinvnngtao and elswherc along Ihe I’ekiu-.M ukilen line. lt, is claimed in some quarters that General Kuosiiiig Ling has captured Mukden, and has made Chang Tso l.iii a prisoner, hut other reports state that troops loyal to Chang Tso Lin have broken the railway at Chiuwangtao, in order to hinder General Kuosiiug Ling’s advance on Mukden. Chihli. Tupan. Lichinglin, are preparing lo declare their independence of Mukden, and are also drafting a telegram urging Chang Tso Ling to retire. , T here is no doubt that the Mukden Party has collapsed, at least temnorarily, thus immensely strengthening General Feng Yuli Slang’s Cabinet. It is expected that all the Anfuites and Mukdenites will he forced to resign and that a Knomielnin cabinet will he installed.
