SWIM A riXG CON F E RENTE.. CHRISTCHURCH. Feb. 25
The annual conference of the delegates to the New Zealand Swimming Association was held this morning, Air W. D. Bishop presiding. He said the Association was in a healthy state and it was gratifying to know that Now. Zealand had swimmers whose capabilities warranted sending them overseas. But it was discouraging to find that they still lacked some o:derod system of preparing for representation abroad. A remit from Wellington that, Junior and Intermediate Championships. be held in one Centre and Senior championships in another, was lost. A motion was carried urging that the championships. .should begin not later than the last Saturday in January.
