WESTLAND AT DUNEDIN EXHIBITION.
A meeting was held in the town Hall at noon to-day to appoint a District Committee to participate lor Westland in the West Coast Provincial Court at the South Seas Exhibition to he held at Dunedin, opening in November next.
There Mere present: —Mr G. A. Perry (in the chair), and Messrs It. A. Wells, T. W. Duff, A. A. Andrewes, T, E. Elcock, J. Jarman. Morris and D. J. Evans. The folloning representatives were appointed to the District Committee: Westland County, Messrs E. A. Wells and W. Jeffries. Hokitika Borough, Messrs G. A. Perry and H. M. Coulson. Ross Borough, Mr S. P. Evans. Kunmra Borough, Mr AA . J. Beiivon. Westland Progress League. Mr T. AY. Bruce. AVestland Chamber of Commerce, Mr AA’. J. Butler. Westland A. and I*. Association, Mr J M. Dimmick. Hokitika Harbour Board, Mr G. A. Wood. . . Hokitika Automobile Association, Dr Teiclielmann. The representatives to the Provincial Council Executive were Messrs Butler and Jeffries.
