GLOAAIING AY INS AGAIN. SYDNEY, Oct. 8. At the A..1.C. Races the results were as follows:
Craven Plate.—Gloaming 0.1 (Young) 1; Ballymena 8.11 (C. Reed) 2; David 0.1 (Brown) 3. Nigger Minstrel was the only other starter. From a good start Ballymena took up) the early running, and, going along the hack, led hv a length from David, with Nigger Minstrel a head behind Gloaming. The latter came up on cnlcrng the straight, and, in a close finish gained the verdict by a long bead from Ballymena. David was three lengths away. Time 2.5.
Second Hurdles. —Los Haddington 1. Troubadour 2, Lostock 3. A\ on by a neck. Time 1.22). (ITAI BACK STAKES.
