PROPOSALS IN RILL. BY TELEGRAPH —I’ll ESS ASSN., COPYRIGHT. WELLINGTON, September 10. The. Gaming Rill wa.s introduced today. It makes provision for up to <llu -‘ dozen one-day extra permits for racing clubs, and up to niicteen similar permits for trotting clubs.

]t is proposed to make il lawful for u club to refund money invested on a tntalixator in re-peet of any horse which is. for any reason, withdrawn from the race before the closing of the machine. The tot al i.-at or is not to he o] en to receive invest more than eight times a day at. any one meeting. Not more than eight races per day will be allowed. No member ol any club is to he deemed to have any personal pecuniary interests in lii.s capacity as a member, in the property of the club, the assets remaining, alter all legal claims on the i lull have been satisfied, shall he disposed of for public or charitable purposes in Mich a- manner as the club, with the approval of the Alinister for Internal Affairs, may have determined piior to its dissolution; or, in default of such determination, in a manner appointed by the Governor Gcneral-iu-CoiiueiL
