GOVERNM,ENT'S EGYPTIAN POLICY LONDON. June 2d.
In the House of Lords, replying to a question in regard to the Government’s policy in Egypt and the Sudan. 'Lord Parmoor emphasised the Government was not going to abandon the Sudan in any sense whatever. It recognised our obligations to the Sudanese and regarded them of such a characier that the Government could not Abandon them without a very serious loss of prestige.
