ELECTION OF PRODUCERS’ REPRESENTATIVES. An advertisement appears in our advertising columns dealing with tho election of two producers’ representatives on tile New Zealand Aleat Producers’ Board. The regulations under which the elocrioii is conducted provide that the various districts shall elect twentylive delegates who will constitute an Electoral Committee which will assemble i,u August and elect the producers’ representatives. Thu .number of delegates to he elected by the various districts is as follows: Sheep District Delegates Auckland 2 llawkes ltay-Gisliorne li Wellington-West Coast 5 •Alarlhoroiigh-Xelson-AVesUand; ... 2 Canterhury-Kaikoura it Otago 5 25 The latest official sheep returns (which at present are those at 30th April, 1923) shall be Die electoral roll. Every slieepowner on this list having one hundred sheep or over shall he entitled to vote for delegates to lli« Electoral (’ommittee. Nominations for delegates on the Electoral Committee or for producers’ representatives may he made by any two .-liocpfarinors appearing on the official sheep returns as owning not less than one hundred sheep. Forms oT nominations are obtainable at the Board’s Office, Wellington. Nominations for delegates to tho Electoral Committee will lie received at the Board’s Office, Wellington, up to noon on the Kith July, 1921, whilst nominations for producers’ representatives on Die Board will he received up to noon on the 14th August, 1924. In accordance with the provisions of the Aleat Export Control Act, tho members of the Board who are to retire in August, are .Messrs T. A. Duncan, 1 lunterville, and Adam Hamilton, Invercargill. These gentlemen offer themselves for re-election as producers’ representatives on the Board.
