If this is effectively done it will ensure the imrest,rioted movement overseas of .Military and Air Forces of the country; it will protect our .sea-borne trade; enemy’s trade will he destroyed, and the operations overseas of their Military and Air Forces will be prevented. —Lord Beatty.
