ARAIIURA FAT STOCK SALE. Messrs M. Houston and Co. report as follows:—We held our usual fortnightly sale at the above, yards yesterday, tliete being a full attendance of buyers. Our entry comprised 120 Lit sheep and 40 head of fat cattle. Prices all round showed an improvement on recent sales the varding being cleared at very satisfactory prices. Prime medium weight ox realised to 32s Gd per hundred, good heifers 27s Gd to 30s, light heifers and cows from 22s Gd to 25 per hundred. Fat sheep also realised good prices. We sold on account of T. Staines 42 fat ewes at 24s 9d, 22 at 31s, l at 255; on account of Mr H. Karnbach, 24 fat wethers at 28s Gd, 31 fat ewes at 21s; on account of W. H. Chinn, 1 runner at 1 Ids, two at £3 10s, one heifer at CS 2s 6d: on account of Air AT. Patrick three bullocks at £9 2s Gd, two at £9, one cow at £8 10s, two at £4 15s. one at £0 ss. two bullocks at £7 15s two at £9 10s, two at £9 os, _ two heifers at £5 15s, one at £8 17s Gd, one vealer at £3 7s Gd. two heifers at £5 7s Gd. two bullocks at £9, two at £8 os. three at £7 12s Gd; on account of Jns. Donovan two heifers at £5 17s Gd, three bullocks at £5 12s Gd. two at £5 10s. one stag at £4 ss.
