TilK MUNICH TRIAL. [Eeutkus Tki.kcii.vms.] [Received this day at 9.25 a.m.) BERLIN', Alarch 15. At the Munich treason trial Von Lossow was fined ten rentennunks for contempt of the Court, this being the result of his walking out of the room following oil an outburst by Hitler, who accused him of breaking his word. Von Lossow later sent e. curt letter refusing to testify further. The solicitors for the defendants demanded the issue of a warrant against Yon Lossow. The President ordered Von Lossow to pay a fine of fifty gold marks or, in the alternative, undergo live days’ imprisonment. Nothing was said about compelling him to appear.
