Tho “Daily Mail" says the reported •decision not to arrest Tohin and I)nlforms a climax to the mutiny comedy, Init no officer who has resigned will l>e reinstated and although tho trouble is now averted it is only postponed. The authorities claim encomiums for the demobilising of thirty-six thousand out of fifty-five thousand men without firing a shot. The rapidity of the demobilisation lias absorbed Ireland’s entire stock of ready made civilian suits and many men have been retained in the army pending further supplies.
