THROUGH TRAIN SERVICE
HOKITIKA TO CHRISTCHURCH AND VICK VERSA. The District Traffic Manager of Greymouth advises tin 1 Secretary oi the Exhibition as follows: 1 have pleasure in advising you the General Manager lias agreed to Hie running ol a car through, to ami irom Hokitika, from and to Christe'rirch on the East Coast express and connecting trains between Grcvmouth and Hokitika. Commencing (to-morrow) Tuesday. I llli iiist. there will be one first ( lass and one second class car on Hie morning train from Hokitika which will go through to Christchurch and similarly two cars on the express at night will remain attached to the van and run through to Hokitika from Grcvmouth on the 1.10 n.m. train.
Passengers who desire to travel in the smoking cars overland will still require to change at Greymouth in both directions, unless ihe traffic on any particular day necessitates other arrangements.
