Following uiioii the conlerenee at Chicago between Dempsey’s and Gibbons’ managers, it is announced that details have been settled lor the bout. Dempsey receives three hundred thousand dollars in three instalments, the first of a hundred thousand today, the second on June loth, and the third on July 2nd. Gibbons will not receive a penny until the first three hundred thousand is in the office. After that lie gets 50 per cent of all money until the six hundred thousand dollar mark is reached, over which Gibbons gets 23 per cent. Dempsey is to he allowed ten thousand dollars training expenses; Gibbons gets 2500. Dempsey must post a hundred thousand dollar bond giiarnteeing his appearance.
