BUILDING SITE FIXED. At a joint meeting yesterday afternoon bv tbe Chairman and Members of tho Hokitika High School Board and the Returned Soldiers’ Association, the site for the Soldiers’ Club and Social Hall in Sewell St. was lixed definitely. The site adjoins that of the Government Building, being, separated by a rj.rhfc of way. The members ol the Board suggested that the . building should ho kept well hack from the Street, so as not to obscure the view of the Seddon Monument, and the Government building, and thin was agreed to. This will enable a neat front to bo prepared including a green and flower beds as in the case of tlu Government building.
