ailing for some time, grew gradually 1 worse, and passed away this morning !at 12.45 o'clock, at liis residence, Preston Ifoad, Grey month. He was 58 i years of age. and was a native of Hokii tika, where lie liad many friends who | will he very sorry to learn of his death.
