4U3TBALIAN AND N.Z. CABLE ASSOCIATION PIIOFITTERS WIN. WASHINGTON, July 17. The Supreme Court recently declared tlie Lever anti-profiteering Law to lie unconstitutional. In consequence, the Department of Justice lias recommended the return of all the fines to the alleged food profiteers collected during and since the war. They amount to several million dollars.
