A series of burglaries in and about the city have been recently engaging the attention of the ipolice who announce the arrest of one man in connection with one offence. POSTAL OFFICIAL IN TROUBLE. TIMARU. April 13. At the Magistrate’s Court. William James Minks. 19, a postal official, pleaded guilty to four charges of theft of postal packages to a total value of £7 10s. He was committed to the Supreme Court, at Tinraru for sentence. Bail was allowed
