Rev. D. C. Bates, Governmer.t Meteorologist announced the following forecast at noon to-day The indications are for westerly winds strong to gale and veering by west to south. The weather will probably prove squally with heavy showers, rivers high ami the weather will probably become colder shortly. Barometer rising after about 10 hours. Seas heavy, tides good on the Coast.
