METEOROLOGICAL.
Rev. D. C. Bates, Government Meteorologist announced the following forecast at noon to-day: The indications are for variable and moderate breezes, but southerly, modern ho to strong prevailing. Expect dull weather with mist and fog in parts. Rain probable. The barometer lias a rising tendency. Seas moderate swell, tides good.
