The jury returned a verdict for the “Argus” on three counts in an action for libel brought by Mr Willis (Secretary of the Australian Coal and Shale Employees’ Federation), and a verdict on one count for Mr A\ iiiis with one farthing damages. Decision on the question of costs wuresorved. The claim was for CSOOO damages.
