impressive. For the Davis Cup, Argentina has forfeited to Denmark and Phillippmos forfeited to Japan. The British team lias sailed for America. At Paris, Ramczenicli (France) heat Jacob (India) 6/3, 8/6, 7/5 in tho Davis Cup preliminary. Sloem (India) heat Laurentz (France), 4-6. 6-2, 3-6, 6-2. 6-0.
