(Received This Day at 8 a.m.) LONDON, July 17. Britt ail ia won the yacht race from Southland to Harwich. The overseas ministerial party including Hughes, Smartt, Mentz. and Sastri inspected Croydon aerodrome and witnessed the departure of the aeroplanes for Paris and Brussels. Sastri Smartt and Mentz with Sir Boss Smith embarked in airship R 33 and journeyed to Fulham.
